About us at American Quality Manufacturing

American Quality Manufacturing is a sheet metal fabricator and prototype builder located in Central Florida who has manufactured tanning beds, toning tables and miscellaneous metal housings for over 20+ years.  We operate a sheet metal job shop in Brevard County, Florida which can cut, bend, and weld all-steel tanning beds together from scratch. 

We utilize a state of the art powder coating job shop to paint the frames and shells inside and out for a life-time of rust-proof protection.  Due to the lack of new tanning bed production, we now professionally restore automated spa equipment like spa capsules, sunless tanning booths and water massage beds.  Read more about automated spas here. 

AMQ provides refurbished sunless spray tan booths, used spa capsules and water massage tables to all their past customers who are now transitioning salon equipment into more healthy options. We use our factory guys to go over every unit we bring back to the shop to ensure they are certified to be reinstalled back into an automated spa.
